Diet Chart

Morning between 6 am - 8 am :-

1. Drink Lemon water with some honey on an empty stomach.

2. Soak nuts like almonds, walnuts in water and have it with milk.

*Give a gap of 2 hours in each meal*

At 10am :-

Have breakfast. You can have Brown bread with egg or an omlete.

At 12 noon :-

Have fruits and salads

At 2 pm :-

Have lunch. In lunch you can have a bowl of rice, one chapati with vegetables and curries made at home.

At 4 pm :-

Drink Green Tea

At 6 pm :-

Have some evening snacks like bicuits and tea or coffee with less sugar.

At 8 pm :-

Have dinner. In dinner u can have 2 chapatis with home made vegetable.
