Diet Chart

Morning between 6 am - 8 am :-

1. Drink Lemon water with some honey on an empty stomach.

2. Soak nuts like almonds, walnuts in water and have it with milk.

*Give a gap of 2 hours in each meal*

At 10am :-

Have breakfast. You can have Brown bread with egg or an omlete.

At 12 noon :-

Have fruits and salads

At 2 pm :-

Have lunch. In lunch you can have a bowl of rice, one chapati with vegetables and curries made at home.

At 4 pm :-

Drink Green Tea

At 6 pm :-

Have some evening snacks like bicuits and tea or coffee with less sugar.

At 8 pm :-

Have dinner. In dinner u can have 2 chapatis with home made vegetable.

Importance of a Balanced Diet

In the recent times, women have become very consious about their weight and health. Every women wants to eat whatever she wants and simultaneously loose weight as well, which is ironic and not possible also.

The lifestyle of the urban area women is such that if they are a house wife they either go to lavish parteis or throws kitty parties and eat too much and then worry about their weight and health. And if the woman is a working woman then she has to balance between her work stress and diet which is again sometimes difficult to do and this makes the working woman worry about her diet and health.

In both the cases women are not paying attention towards how much a healthy and balanced diet can help them in gaining a perfect body with the benefits of remaining healthy.

Taking a diet does not mean to start eating on boiled stuff suddenly or skip any 1 meal from the day. By practing this, many people suffer from health issues because if u suddenly start eating only boiled food, you will be missing on to some important nutrients which your body requires. And if you suddenly start skipping one of the meals from all three it will again affect your health.

For example you might suffer from low blood plessure and low sugar levels in your body. Hence it is very necessary to understand that a "BALANCED DIET" is must for healthy living.
